Konferencja została zorganizowana przez Global Infectious Disease Ethics (GLIDE) Collaborative – partnerstwo pomiędzy Johns Hopkins Berman Institute for Bioethics oraz Ethox Centre/Wellcome Centre for Ethics and Humanities na Uniwersytecie Oksfordzkim.
