Phyllis Zych Budka has been a volunteer English language editor for REMEDY since 2012. She graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language, and received a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College. In retirement, her interest in genealogy and local family history has grown. Many trips to Poland and Lithuania have helped to discover her ancestral history and build connections and friendships, which continue with the help of the internet. Phyllis lives in Schenectady, New York, USA.
