Epidemic Ethics is pleased to announce the publication of an Open Access Casebook that provides a unique insight into practical ethical challenges associated with pandemic health research. A workshop on “International Dialogue on Bioethics, Health, and Research in Times of Disruptive Technologies” will be held on March 21 and 22, 2024. The meeting, organized in cooperation with the World Health Organization, will focus on the ethical problems of modern scientific research arising from the development of modern technologies.
We are pleased to share that Katarzyna Klaś, a member of REMEDY, received the 3rd-degree Award for Best Doctoral Student of the Doctoral School of Medical and Health Sciences at Jagiellonian University Medical College. She was awarded for her scientific and organizational achievements in the 2022/2023 academic year. This is the second year in a row that she has received this award. Many congratulations!
